I study chemistry and mathematics at Masaryk Secondary School of Chemistry in Prague, with the long-term goal of pursuing nuclear engineering. I am drawn to fields where intuition alone is not enough: mathematics, physics, logic, and questions whose answers must withstand evidence.
Alongside the natural sciences, I am interested in philosophy, politics, and the ways in which technology, institutions, and information environments shape human thought. This is where the Movement for Cognitive Freedom comes from – a project concerned with cognitive freedom and the conditions under which people can genuinely form and act on their own judgments.
I am also interested in rhetoric and in the problem of translating complex ideas into precise and understandable language. I explore related questions through The Deductivist, a project focused on observation, argumentation, and structured reasoning.
Outside my academic work, I write, take photographs, and run long distances. Across all of these pursuits, I am drawn to the same things: discipline, attention to detail, and the attempt to look beneath the surface.
